PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

*No COOLERS permitted to be brought onto Dugout Grounds

*No FOOD or BEVERAGES permitted to be brought into the Dugout

*Team water coolers are permitted. If you run out we will fill with ice and water for you.

*No TAILGATING permitted on Dugout grounds

*Foul Language or Abusive behavior will not be Tolerated

*No Bicycles or Skateboards permitted on Dugout Grounds

*Common area parking for Dugout Staff, USSSA personell, and Umpires Only

*Handicap parking in common area with Handicap plaqard only.

PLAYGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS

*ALL Children must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian

*Must be 12 years of age and under to enter Playground

*Play at your own risk

TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS

ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER FOR TOURNAMENTS IN APPROPIATE TOURNAMENT LINK

*All Team managers must check-in with tournament director inside pro shop prior to first game

*All Fees must be paid prior to start of first game. No Exceptions

*Players, Coaches, Fans, Sponsors and any who enter the Dugout grounds agree and must abide by the Rules & Regulations of THE NEW DUGOUT LLC, THE DUGOUT SPORTS PARK, WV USSSA and USSSA.

DSP, WV USSSA and their Directors reserve the right to change, alter, shorten any tournament or tournament format due to incliment weather or acts beyond our control. The Dugout Sports Park will do everything possible to get every tournament in that Nature allows.

*Abusive behavior, Fighting and FOUL LANGUAGE will not be tolerated

*The Dugout Sports Park and WV USSSA follow all USSSA Altered Bat Procedures.

*All Bats will be checked

*All Teams must be USSSA Registered, Proof of USSSA Registration must be presented at time of check-in, Failure to provide proof will result of a $20.00 Registration Fee.

* All Teams must provide an Official USSSA Roster signed by local, area or state director at time of check in, unless Roster is posted on line at USSSA.com

*Teams are entered on a first come first PAID basis. To make sure you are entered in a tournament send payment to The New Dugout LLC, 2544 16th Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101. Cash, Company Check, Sponsor Check or Money Order are all acceptable forms of payment. Make sure to include Manager contact info, team name, class and tournament date with your payment.

*Entry DEADLINE for all tournaments is the Thursday before each tournament at 9:00pm.

*Teams can check this site after 9:30pm the Thursday before each tournament for game times..managers must call 304-488-7205 or email jpbee_33@yahoo.com , so we know you got your times.

*Failure to enter by this time will result in your team being left out of the tournament.

*Failure to DROP-OUT of tournament by 9:00pm the Thursday before each tournament will result in enforcement of USSSA Rules, All players, Coaches, Managers,And Sponsors will be held responsible for payment of tournament entry. All Players , Coaches , Managers and Sponsors from said team will be barred from any USSSA, WVUSSSA, and Dugout Sports Park event untill debt is paid.

*REFUNDS will be given when Tournament has not been completed (Cancelled). With in 7 days of Cancellation.

*Changed, Altered or Shortend tournaments will not be refunded.
